Urgent concerns
Do not rely on a website message for urgent dental or medical concerns. Call the office at (843) 525-6866. Call 911 or seek emergency care for difficulty breathing or swallowing, severe uncontrolled bleeding, or a serious face or head injury.
Administrative inquiries
No patient or administrative message form is enabled on the public Classic website. Use the published telephone number or office email for general administrative questions, and do not send symptoms, diagnoses, medications, insurance identifiers, Social Security numbers, treatment details, photographs, files, or medical history by ordinary email.
Online message delivery
The public Classic website does not submit or store an online inquiry. A retained, noindex future-design demonstration may preview a message locally, but it sends nothing. A future live form requires separate office approval, protected delivery configuration, anti-spam controls, and a real delivery test.
Insurance and payment
Benefit information and estimates are not guarantees of payment. Coverage, financial responsibility, payment options, and office policies must be confirmed directly with the practice and the patient's plan before treatment.
Patient forms and local files
Fillable PDFs are completed on the visitor's device. The website does not upload a completed medical-history form. Save and print forms only on a trusted device, and bring them to the office unless the practice provides an approved secure delivery method.
Analytics and technical logs
Optional privacy-preserving site analytics are disabled unless the website administrator configures them. Hosting and security providers may maintain ordinary technical logs needed to deliver and protect the site; website code is designed not to place administrative-message contents into analytics or GitHub.

External services
